Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items that are returned without a return request.

Damages and Problems
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged or sent incorrectly so we can assess and correct the problem.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishables (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you need is to return it and purchase a new item if your return is accepted.
EU 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
