100CP2-114 Marine Engine Pressure Sensor For Ford
Application:
The 100CP2-114 marine engine pressure sensor is purpose-built for marine Ford Lehman 4D254, 6D380 and Sabre 212C, 265C turbocharged diesels, and is equally compatible with Perkins 4.236, T4.236 and AT4.236 four-cylinder turbo engines (4.0 L) when retro-fitted into marine gensets, work-boats, trawlers and auxiliary propulsion packages. In these installations the sensor threads into the main oil gallery and continuously monitors lubricating-oil pressure, sending a 0–10 V analogue signal to the vessel’s engine-management or alarm panel. Should pressure drop below the calibrated safety threshold, the system triggers an audible/visual alarm and can shut down the engine to prevent bearing or turbocharger failure during extended offshore operation.

Technical specifications:
The unit is a single-wire piezo-resistive pressure transducer housed in a corrosion-resistant brass body with M10 × 1.0 male thread and 19 mm hex, 62 mm overall length and 85 g net weight. It measures 0–10 bar (0–145 psi) with ±3 % full-scale accuracy, outputs a linear 0.5–4.5 V signal referenced to a 12 V supply and draws <15 mA.

Material & performance features:
The sensing diaphragm is 17-4 PH stainless steel, laser-welded to the brass body for absolute hermetic sealing and protected by a sintered bronze snubber that damps pressure pulsations and prevents oil-borne debris from reaching the element.
