Overview

This series of controllers is specially designed for starting, stopping, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline, and gas generator sets and has parameter setting functions.

This controller uses a 3.5-inch 240*128 large-screen high-resolution LCD display, a new and original UI design, and the parameters are displayed through analog pointers and numbers. The LCD screen can display multiple current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement protective shutdown when the generator set is not working properly.

The controller has built-in display interfaces in Simplified Chinese and English, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel, or adjusted and monitored using a PC through the USB port or RS485 interface. It can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.



Performance and features

The DC5xD MK3 series is available in four models:

DC50D MK3: used for stand-alone automation, controlling the automatic starting and stopping of the generator set through remote start signals;

DC52D MK3: Based on DC50D MK3, it adds mains monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control (AMF) functions, and is suitable for stand-alone automation systems consisting of one mains supply and one generator set.

DC50DR MK3: Adds RS485 interface on the basis of DC50D MK3;

DC52DR MK3: Adds RS485 interface on the basis of DC52D MK3;
