Original  Mebay Generator Set Controller DC42DR MK3 Genset Parameters Monitoring



This series of controllers is specially designed for starting, stopping, parameter monitoring and fault monitoring of diesel, gasoline, and gas generator sets and has parameter setting functions.



This controller uses a 3.0-inch large-screen dot matrix LCD to display relevant parameters of the generator set. The LCD screen can display multiple current fault states at the same time, and can effectively implement protective shutdown when the generator set is not working properly.



The controller has built-in display interfaces in Simplified Chinese and English, and the language interface can be customized according to customer requirements. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted through the buttons on the controller panel or adjusted and monitored using a PC through USB or RS485 interface (equipped with some models). It can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.



Performance and features



The DC4xD MK3 series is available in five models;



DC40D MK3: used for stand-alone automation, controlling the automatic starting and stopping of the generator set through remote start signals;



DC42D MK3: Based on D40D, it adds mains power monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control (AMF) functions, and is suitable for stand-alone automation systems consisting of one mains power supply and one generator set.



DC40DR MK3: Adds RS485 interface on the basis of DC40D;



DC42DR MK3: Adds RS485 interface on the basis of DC42D;



DC42DR-ABF MK3: Based on DC42DR, it adds ABF backup battery pack measurement and unit control functions;
