Type: Air-pressure (pneumatic) switch – normally-open / normally-closed change-over contact
Function: Monitors compressed-air reservoir pressure; closes at ≈ 6.3 bar, opens at ≈ 5.5 bar differential, sending 24 V signal to ECU to trigger low-pressure warning and/or compressor cut-in .
Port & mounting: 3/8"-24 UNF male thread, 19 mm hex – screw-in style, no separate bracket required.
Electrical: 4-pin rectangular Deutsch DT04-4P connector, 24 V DC, 5 A resistive load; contacts silver-plated for <5 mΩ after 50 000 cycles .
Media / temperature: Dry compressed air, –40 °C to +120 °C (ambient), proof pressure 16 bar, burst 25 bar.
Materials: Zinc-nickel plated steel body, NBR O-ring (included), PA66 connector housing – 720 h salt-spray protection.
Features: Direct-fit, no calibration needed; integrated hysteresis spring gives ±0.2 bar repeatability; connector seal IP67.
